To make Internet buying more attractive to everyone we have decided to subsidise the following service:-

£1 Second Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

No nasty surprises at checkout time. Please ensure there's someone available to sign for the parcel or notify us during checkout if other arrangements are needed.

£2 Royal Mail Recorded First Class Delivery

Provided we get your order before 12.00hrs we can send by First Class Recorded Delivery for a standard charge of £2.00 and in most cases we find that delivery is next day. Saturday delivery is usual but is not guaranteed.
Above £50 Second Class post is upgraded to First Class Free.

We generally send out orders on the same day but please allow 2-3 days provided we have them in stock. A signature will be required; if you are not available a card will be left requesting pick-up from the nearest Post Office location.

Very occasionally there are delays with Royal Mail delivery. Royal Mail declare a parcel to be lost once 15 working days has elapsed + 1 day for first class and 3 days for second class. Once Royal Mail declare the parcel to be lost we resend a replacement straight away.
